Group welcomes the following new members to its team:

Bernard Friedrich du Toit, Chief Mechanical Engineer

Bernard brings with him specialist knowledge in sugar milling, co-generation and power generation. He has held senior engineering, project management, operations and maintenance positions. With several years of “hands on” experience, Bernard possesses multi-disciplinary engineering skills coupled with an in-depth understanding of project management systems and controls. He also has a strong commercial sense with experience in proposal development, client relationship management, marketing, procurement and preparing and managing contracts.

Henk Swanepoel, Chief Electrical Engineer

A well seasoned engineer, Henk has worked within a variety of industries during the past 30 years. He has been heavily involved in the design and execution of highly technical projects with significant exposure to power transformers & switchgear, power electronics and petro-chemical processes and smelters. Henk is a highly competent engineer who strives to deliver exceptional results within the project budget and time constraints. His experience base and previous project exposure, positions him well to lead a team of technical specialists to achieve strong cost-effective solutions.

Jozua Haasbroek, Senior Electrical and Electronics Engineer

A solid all-rounder, Jozua has 23 years experience working in a broad range of industries. He has particular expertise in the design, manufacturing, execution and project management of technical projects. He has experience working with industrial process, mining, communications and marine technologies. Favouring a “hands-on” approach, Jozua works closely with his clients, from the project conceptual design stage through to commissioning. He has been involved in the development of products and businesses from concept through to sales and support.

Kevin Forbes-Smith, Business Development and Marketing Representative

Kevin has more than 30 years experience working within the field of business development, marketing and sales, including 15 years working within the engineering industry. He has an excellent understanding of customer needs and expectations, as well as the more technical aspects of mining including mechanical workings and mineral processing. He also boasts an extensive background in strategic management, safety and compliance, resource and financial management, staff supervision and administration.
